About This Tool
Lease Expense Tracker stores your data locally in your browser using localStorage — no account required. Data persists between sessions on the same device. For backup, use the CSV export. Categories align with standard commercial lease cost components: Base Rent, CAM/NNN (common area maintenance and triple-net charges), Utilities, Insurance, TI Costs (tenant improvement amortization), Legal Fees, and Moving costs.
